PinWheel b-day card


Simple card with added pinwheel accent; made pinwheel then attached a q-tip (with both cotton ends cut off) as handle---then wound thin pink ribbon around handle before adhering to card; punched buckle from white cardstock and threaded ribbon thru.

Love that pin wheel. Adorable! And using a Q-tip? Pure genius! How did you get the ribbon around the Q-tip?
