Made this card for my mom last year; was done with alcohol inks on photo paper; used an airbrush gun to move ink around on paper to create the "splat" effect; printed happy birthday on transparency and heat embossed with black embossing powders to set ink---anchored down with round purple eyelets; embellished with blue&green splat shaped eyelets on corners.
